In this modern world, the life of the people is like a machine. People have no time to relax and refresh. Though new inventions and discoveries help people in their work, no inventions made people to take rest and relax. Still people are having a lot of stress because of work load. We can’t escape from this machine world, and at the same time we have to find ways to live healthy and happily. The first step to get relief from stress is we have to segregate the work allotted for us and finish the daily work on the same day without pending. This pending work itself creates unnecessary tension to us. Keep mind calm and don’t speak too much unnecessarily; it will create problem and also our energy is wasted. Don’t mix up the personal things with the official works. This will create stress. Nowadays, most of the companies are having game spot, gymnastic, park in their office. Employees can take rest and refresh themselves, so that it reduces stress and keep their mind calm and fresh. The best practice to reduce stress is we have to reduce our anger. The habit of anger causes great stress in the mind of people by annoying at others, not doing the right work at right time, etc. The only thing to reduce anger is by means of yoga. Nowadays, yoga is becoming famous for reducing stress. It will keep our mind calm and active throughout the day. We have to do meditation regularly. This will keep our mind engage with spiritual things and relief from all simple worldly things. Thus yoga and meditation helps in great way to reduce stress.
